Overview
The DRAGEN Germline v3.7.8 application enables accurate and efficient analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data for large data sets, such as whole genomes, exomes, and genes/panels limited to the germline pipeline only. This application uses the DRAGEN secondary analysis and includes highly-optimized algorithms for mapping, aligning, sorting, duplicate marking, and haplotype variant calling. This application is provided with a specific version of DRAGEN and only available for germline analysis to match the workflows of other population genomics initiatives such a All of US, UKBB and Singapore Precise.
