What do you like best about the product?
it will automatically protect new and existing workloads against unknown threats by ML and virtual patching, it will acts as a shield against any unauthorized access or malicious activity
What do you dislike about the product?
no downside observed by me till everything is perfectly managed and worked as per Companies standards, i am using this for a while now and totally satisfied by the services and support

It provides cloud security posture management where admin can have a look into the misconfiguration in worloads or container

Sometimes the agent management maybe hectic. It doesn't reflect on console sometimes.
Also console become unresponsive sometimes which again hampers productivity.

Trend micro provides good services for CSPM ( cloud security posture management)and give visibility for cloud workload, give good security in cloud workload and easy to work with AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not pretty good user interface. Sometimes services get hang and provide wrong vulnerabilities. Should work on the sensor ability so that does not effect the operating system performance.

Trend micro gives cloud security in the cloud workload.protecting all the cloud machines like azure, AWS, etc. It also provides visibility accross the vulnerabilities that maybe in the cloud workload. This giving you full protection.

sometimes the cloud response is slow, and agent update is slow sometimes. Also trend micro team doesn't tell us prior to scheduled maintenance plans which reduces efficiency.
