Good way to enhance authentication via MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use; enhance security via MFA on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some applications like VPNs require re-authenticate on slow or lag network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance authentication for privileged accounts via Duo Apps on mobile devices. It's a considerable saving investment on MFA requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and app are easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require Multi-Factor Authentication to access our network remotely using VPN, and DUO Security has been the tool we have used.
So far the software has allowed us to manage and track which employees are connecting to the network over VPN.

One of the best tool for multi factor authentication. Easy to use and easy to access.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that it can generate code for multifactor authentication even it is offline. It is an excellent tool over OTP for generating the code. No body can take the screenshot of the generated codes and also codes are not visible by sharing screen through any remote tool. So I can say it is totaly safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not face any issue with the tool, so it is tough to tell any dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool in our organization for multifactor authentication for connecting the VPN.
EASY TO USE - LOGGING INTO SECURE DRIVE FROM ANYWHERE
What do you like best about the product?
I can literally go anywhere with my laptop and this program will authenticate my password to allow use on our office shared drive. Best thing for working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was a little confusing to setup but once I received help from our IT office, I got the "swing" of it. Works perfectly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely logging into our shared drive remotely. Benefits our office with additional security.
Duo MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Duo security allows me to easily create MFA to my ssl vpn connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so easy to setup and the documentation is not so user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ssl vpn MFA
Such a Simple Task but Duo gets all the other features severely wrong

I like their push notifications the best but that is pretty much all I like

When you switch to a new phone, they make it PAINFUL to figure out how to switch everything over. Just terrible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2FA is the problem, benefits are secure login and trusting the security of the app but it is almost too secure
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really consider the authenticator app instead - much better support and professional

What do you like best about the product?
Flawless and easy to use. in case of connectivity issues, the best part is the token-based authentication

at times the authentication popup doesn't come up on the screen

An additional layer of security to access my organizational resources.
Easy to use, but tedious, too.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is an easy to use security app that doesn't blow my phone up with text messages that contain security codes. It allows me to chose a code from the app or to simply confirm in me through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have a few small bugs. Many times it is super slow, which is time consuming. But for security, I can deal with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my accounts secure. It I benificial because I worry less about hackers.
Review for Duo dual authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The way how to interact with the mobile phone for authentication using cell number. We also like the user interface on the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be our configuration, but it only authenticates with the cell phone. It should have an option for dual authentication to either cell phone or email. This double authentication with only a cell phone became an issue when you don't have a cell phone with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution for dual authentication for compliance purposes.
Dou is a very good way for security if logging in not at your company sites

It is so quick and easy to use, two steps.

I really do not have any cons or dislikes. It is a great app
