Great secure mobile authentication app
What do you like best about the product?
This application helps to add extra security for remote authentication. It is can be Active Directory synced, and easy to use for users and admins.
It can be Integratied with other applications

Sometimes a push notification won't come through

Worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
Duo's platform is very user friendly, works on various device types, countries, the support team is phenomenal. They truly care about you as a client. I liked how the enrollment process for users was. You could send a text to them with a link to sign up for duo from within the duo admin module.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Duo is the cost. It was very pricey compared to other products. We had to change platforms due to the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo security was used for our 2factor authentication on different applications when accessed outside our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you document the processes & procedures for people in your organization, take the extra steps to setup the Duo Self-Service portal where users can update their devices or make any needed changes. Communication with end-users will be key to your success.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security has a very user friendly interface. Easy to manage multiple accounts from different clients. So far in my experience using Duo Security for around 4+ years, I didn't find a single issue while using this application. Security wise it's the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any downsides for this app until now. For me, it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security is providing extra security by authenticating the users while logging to organizations work environments. It is making me feel safe that without my knowledge no one is going to login to my profile.

The implementation is relatively quite easy. Additionally, managing users is smooth as the dashboard is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any drawbacks because once the solution is implemented, the effort to manage and maintain create an almost a set it and forget it process.

Duo was an easy choice for finding a solid platform for a 2FA solution. The costs are relatively low when compared to the security benefits gained by using Duo.

Take a look at the other 2FA platforms then take a look at Duo.
Fairly straightforward 2FA tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use, nothing terribly complicated about it. It's straightforward and intuitive--for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the UI could use some work; the resolution of the app constantly changes and then I can't interact with it aside from right-clicking in the taskbar and minimizing it. Kind of odd.

Quick 2FA for VPN access. That's critical in tech, especially healthcare.
